Laser Cutting
Wilke Enginuity has four large-capacity laser cutting systems to manage a wide selection of materials and design specifications, whether small or big in project scope. With up to 5,000 watts of available power, we are able to handle anything from prototypes to high volumes of material processes ranging from stainless steel industrial components, plastics for automotive and advertising industries to wood for furniture production, as well as stencils and large floor templates.
Laser Engraving

We have a full array of CNC services available, including forming, milling, routing and turning. Our comprehensive line of CNC machinery has the ability to handle many material types at varying thicknesses. We routinely change from steel to wood and then to plastic, etc. with no hard tooling to allow for a quick turnaround time. Computer-generated nesting ensures a high material yield with minimal waste.
Wilke Enginuity is a full-service fabrication shop providing all post-laser cutting services. We offer a complete turnkey solution for your project, freeing up your valuable time and resources. We also provide quick setups and low tooling costs, making fabrication of prototype projects and low-volume runs feasible and cost-effective.
We offer a full range of metal forming up to 130 tons with all standard welding processes on mild, stainless steel and aluminum. We will also perform post-machining processes such as grinding, sanding and blasting through our full-service machine shop facility. Finishing includes vibratory finishing as well as paint or plating with final assembly of the product.
As a contract manufacturer, Wilke Enginuity regularly produces a wide range of products from small components to large assemblies. We specialize in producing quantities from fifty to thousands of parts. Specialty services include CNC laser cutting of an extensive range of materials. Thicknesses from .020 to 1" thick, materials include wood, plastics, carbon, stainless steel and aluminum. Whatever the material, Wilke can cut it!
